I am Lynne Hamer. I specialize in treating the issues that middle-aged and seniors experience. The common issues consist of taking care of an aging parents, taking care of adult children, being an empty nester, divorce, retirement, loneliness, managing physically declining health, and bereavement. In addition to these life transitions, I also treat some mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I do not just treat the symptoms of these mental health concerns, I treat the root causes. In addition to treating adults, I also provide music therapy to younger children and people with disabilities (developmental/autism). I do accept most insurances except for Medicare and Medicaid. If I do not take your insurance, I do offer a sliding scale or affordable rates to people in financial need.
