Louis Rieger LAPC

Seeking support is a meaningful step toward healing, personal growth, and creating positive change. I hold a MA in Mental Health Counseling and Psychotherapy from Immaculata University and am a professional member of the American Counseling Association. I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to clients across diverse backgrounds and stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that our relationships, family experiences, emotions, beliefs, culture, and life's circumstances all shape who we are.

As a psychotherapist, I view therapy as a collaborative process in which we work together to create meaningful and lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive, respectful, and empathetic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to draw upon their own strengths. My primary approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), along with client-centered techniques tailored to individual needs. Together, we can explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping and responding. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other life challenges, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward greater confidence, healing, and fulfillment.
