Rates
The rates are based upon the provider’s credentials and experience. The rates are between $60-$150 per a session.
Insurance
We have providers that are in network with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Quest, Highmark, Geisinger, Cigna, Independence, Magellan, Blue Cross Administrators, Anthem, United Healthcare/Optum, ComPsych, Allied Trades, Life Works, AM Trust, ESI, Health Advocate, Carebridge, BHS, Balance, and Mazzitti & Sullivan. We offer a generous sliding fee scale. Please contact us to learn more information.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
High Deductible Plans
If you have a high deductible plan, you will not have any mental health coverage until you meet your deductible. This means that you will need to pay the contracted rate that we have with your insurance until the deductible is met. The contracted rate with most insurances is between $95-$130 a session. We know that these rates may not be affordable to everyone. However, some of our therapists do offer therapy at a discounted rate. Please contact us if you would like to get more information.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. We do not accept checks or cash.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for 1/2 of the rate of the session. Cancellations that are less than 24 hours will be charged the full fee.
