Free 15-Minute Consultation. New to Eagles Counseling? Start with a complimentary call to discuss your goals, ask about services, and review insurance basics. Prefer a specific clinician for that initial call? Let us know and we’ll do our best to match you.

Personalized Assessment. Your first session explores your strengths, stressors, health history, routines, and values. If you’re using insurance for therapy services, a diagnostic mental health evaluation may be required to establish medical necessity. (We provide mental health evaluations for insurance, school, legal, and disability purposes. Please confirm credentialing requirements in advance. We do not provide forensic evaluations or Social Security evaluations.)

Collaborative Plan. Together, you’ll set clear, realistic goals such as improving sleep, reducing anxiety spikes, supporting recovery, or building a mindful movement routine. You’ll leave with a written plan that includes simple practices to try between sessions.

Skills & Accountability. Sessions may include breath and body awareness, distress-tolerance and emotion-regulation skills (informed by DBT), thought-tracking and behavioral activation (from CBT), and gentle self-compassion work. Your coach will help you troubleshoot barriers and celebrate progress.

Flexible Scheduling, In Person or Telehealth. Meet at our Gilbertsville office or connect by secure video or phone from anywhere in Pennsylvania. We offer daytime, evening, and weekend availability to make consistency easier.
